The Seattle land-use code has been overhauled twice in the last year. This DADU was built under Seattle’s interim land-use code. The new code went into effect on January 21st and allows for larger DADUs in addition to multiple new single family residences on lots in Seattle. Now homeowners and builders have more options than ever before. With multiple single family residence allowed per lot why are so many large DADUs being built? Come and speak with us. RSVP here.

The new DADU code changes go into effect on August 8th. To celebrate, join us for a tour of one of our recently completed backyard cottages. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is nearing completion and it is for rent. Entrance to the cottage is from the alley between 1st Ave NW and Palatine Ave N.
